Due to outbreak of COVID-19 flights to / through / from the affected areas may be affected with delays and cancellations, as airlines, working with the authorities, take precautionary measures against the spread of the virus. Flights to non-affected areas are also being cancelled and rescheduled due to the reduction in demand.
To check the status of your flights, we recommend checking directly on the airline websites before contacting us.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests and are giving priority to the most imminent departures.
Many airlines and travel companies are offering refunds via vouchers or rebooking options, for flights to / through / from areas impacted by the virus, but each airline has its own conditions. This is also valid for bookings.
Incase of cancelation of your flight, We recommend you to contact us before your flight depurture to apply a refund or to rebook your flights.
If your flight has been cancelled or rescheduled, you will be contacted via email either by the airline directly or by our Customer Services team and offered alternative travel arrangements, vouchers or a refund of the tickets based on the airlines' policies. Please note that many flights are being cancelled close to the departure date.
Customers who booked flight and hotel as a package will also be contacted and offered an alternative.
All cancellations resulting from this exceptional situation will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable law. Given the exceptional circumstances, the management of claims and refunds may be delayed.
Most airlines and travel companies have stopped offering cash refunds for cancelled flights. Instead, they are offering alternatives such as vouchers or the ability to rebook.
If you have already requested that we obtain the voucher from the airline on your behalf, we guarantee you that we are reviewing this with the airlines.

Travel restrictions, health and visa requirements
Due to travel restrictions imposed by governments around the world, entry at your intended destination or flying via certain countries may not be allowed, even though the flight may be operating as scheduled.
In addition, certain countries impose health requirements at the point of entry (medical certificate with a negative Covid-19 test done before departure, test on arrival, etc.).
Lastly, certain countries (for example India and Oman) are currently suspending tourist visas and visas already issued may no longer be valid.
Please check either on your own government's travel advice website and/or on the official government website of your destination.
